Hey Jim...when adding an international item to my Shopping Cart the pricing seems a little off..was charged over 30 dollars for a white XL shirt....also find it very difficult to paste an international address...once I copy and paste from ebay to the quick paste section I am not allowed to submit the order until I go back and properly fill all the adress sections....but thats quite difficult when its hard to tell what is a street, city or postal code when putting addresses from places like russia, china, etc.

The international pricing issue has been addressed. If you edit your cart you should be able to get the accurate price now.
As for the Quick paste issue, as you already mentioned, it's hard to determine what's the city, postal code, and state is.
Of course this feature isn't 100% accurate, but it does its best to determine what the address is. If you would like, the eBay retrieve option actually takes your customers address, placing them into the correct fields.
I'll continue to work on improvements for the quick paste feature, but I highly recommend setting up the eBay Retrieve feature for future use.

I can not delete any of my t shirts on the site.
I click on My Products
Go down to the shirt I want to delete and click on the delete circle
A box appears asking me if I am sure I want to delete
I press ok
This is the error that appears

Every gang member that sells on eBay should use the auto retrieve of orders. It saves time and makes everything easier!! I love this feature and you will too.
Hi. I have created some new T-shirts through the Tshirtgang.com site here. They appear fine and list to sellinsta all fine but when i list them to My Store they appear under the Admin tab but there is no preview picture available. It has happened on a few earlier tshirts but now it seems every t-shirt i transfer over doesn't have a picture? Any suggestions?

Hi Steve,
The stores are 100% automated and require no interaction from the sellers.
Everytime you create a shirt, at the top of the hour they are sent from tshirtgang to your store. The push to store button is really meant as a backup in case you want to resubmit. After the push, the button will turn blue indicating it was pushed.
As for the images, because of coding restrictions, we can only update the store once an hour. Minutes after your shirts are pushed to your store, a script will run and transfer the new images to be processed. This is why your shirts first don't appear on your store when you push them.
If you manually enable the shirt before the script can run, the script will ignore it and not create an image for that shirt.

Ahh superb! Thanks again or the info. I meant to write back and say that they all mysteriously seemed to work! But now you've cleared it up. I was thinking their might've been an issue with my pics or something! All good though.
One further thing though. When on the website and inside a design you have the function to Facebook like, tweet etc. it would seem that the Facebook like function isn't quite right. When you click like it appears on your Facebook feed/timeline but isn't quite right. It has an additional http// within the link!! So the link looks a bit like:
Http://http//www.paperpencilpen.com

You appear to be looking at the list of States in America. You'll need to change the country to Canada to reveal the list of provinces.
NC = North Carolina.

lol...I would have realized that. It happens when tshirtgang retrieves your eBay orders for Canada. Not when you submit your own address manually.

I'm just trying to figure out how you came across this.
If you're using the eBay Retrieve feature and the address is wrong, that means your customer entered it incorrectly. We don't have any control over how addresses are spelled coming from eBay.

When the eBay retrieve feature picks up a canadian address, everything is correct and leaves the province out (which is fine). When you go to choose a province the drop down list is missing MB and shows NC for Nova Scotia.
If you were to enter the order manually the drop down list for Canada is correct.

I recently created a website 11squared.me however, it doesn't appear as though any thumbnails of the shirts came over. I got to edit/crop the thumbnail and no image appears.

It appears this problem has corrected itself. Websites update once an hour and that is when new products are added.

Yes im pushing the the products using the post to website button and the only duplicates i see are the ones i put there when i am trying to get the picture to show.

Nope, you were doing it correctly. it just appears that there were some left over install files from your initial setup. This update actually corrects this issue in the future and prevents this problem from happening.

When you say "I try to change the shirt color the image doesn't", what exactly are you referring to? Could you please post steps how to reproduce this, where on the site this exists and what browser you are currently using.
As for currency, we currently only have a United States and Canadian supported post-to-eBay feature for these two countries.
Because these are the only two eBay websites supported, the relative currency is posted back, in this case, you're posting to eBay.com (United States) and will sell and receive payments in USD.

The great thing about our Create Order system, you can order any Product on any color of shirt, so you don't need to create multiple product IDs for a single design.
The front page tshirt uploader just shows you what the tshirt will look like once it's printed, but buyers and sellers can customize the color once it's ordered.
You should also be able to change the color once your product is uploaded to any color of tshirt, before you click "Continue".

When I try to upload a new profile image under "My Account", when I click 'Change Display' picture the web page dims, but nothing pops up allowing me to add a new image. I tried this with Chrome, Safari, and Firefox just in case it was a browser issue.

I found a bit of a glitch with my account.
The other day just for fun I went to my Shopping Cart and hit retrieve ebay orders and to my surprise I had one, however, the info was from another ebay item I had sold, and I hadn't made any t shirt sales on ebay when i hit the retrieve button.
I did it again tonight and my two most recent ebay sales showed up but again they weren't t shirt sales and the product Id shown isn't one of my t shirts.
I don't know if any one else has had this problem but it seems that it is retrieving the names and addresses of all my new ebay sales and assigning it a shirt sale. all three say the same product id.

As I previously stated in your Support Ticket, our eBay retrieve picks up all orders. This will be corrected in the new year.
I suggest not using the eBay retrieve feature if you're selling more items than tshirts on eBay. You can always enter your sales manually using the Create Order button on the top right.
