Sorry, but totally lost on how to verify your site on Search Console.... I follow the link, put it in and google wants me to download a HTML file and upload it to my site map - totally lost..... any help would be appreciated
This can be done via the Google merchant plugin installed on your store. Just copy and paste the filename of your upload file into the box provided

If you are using wordpress.com go in settings then go in marketing. In marketing you have to place the link in google.
