PayPal Press Release:
Due to planned PayPal maintenance, we will need to disable the PayPal gateway in both the US and EU on April 19, 2012 between 10:00 PM and 11:15PM Pacific Time. If there are any delays in progression of this planned work, the gateway will need to remain inaccessible for its duration.
Description of Event:
As part of our continued efforts to provide the latest technology products and services, we will be upgrading our systems on Thursday, April 19, 2012 from 10:00 p.m. PDT to approximately 11:00 p.m. PDT.
Impact:
During this time, there will be a system-wide interruption to the PayPal service and our website. This means that customers will not be able to log into or use their PayPal accounts. Rest assured that, during this time, all funds will be secured as usual by PayPal's powerful security and fraud protection. Once the upgrade is complete, consumers and merchants will be up and running again, business as usual.
