Hi Phil.
We do them in the order they are received so it depends but usually a week.
Every member gets 5 priority designs each week
So save those for your best ideas.

I have forwarded your other question to Andrew. I'm not sure why it's locked.

Good luck and keep up the good work. You are do well!

Hi Phil,

To answer your questions:
1) Turn around time for designs can take anywhere between minutes to a few days. We don't have any set time for how long a design takes because we can't predict how many designs will be submitted in a given time period or if one of our designers is off sick.
All designs are completed in the order they are received or first if they are labeled as a priority. Each user gets 5 priorities every 7 days.

2) Sometimes I can't get around to every question I receive in a single day, whether it's email, IM, PM, or any other form of communication. I do read all questions and answer them, eventually.

3) For the thread being locked, it was due to not being able to distinguished between a feature request / suggestion and a bug report. I created a new thread requesting only suggestions for the 2.0.

To start a new thread, find a forum you want to ask a question in (say My Store). To the right of the title you will see a "New Thread" button, click on it to begin a new discussion.

Please check the forum first or do a search to see if your question has already been asked and answered.

Hi again Phil,

Again, designs are done in priority, than in order they are received.

Our designers are currently working on separate projects for our upcoming marketing campaigns and other various things.

They are working on designs when they relatively available, trying to keep up with the demand. Simply sending our delayed emails wouldn't be very efficient at this present time. I ask that you and anyone else please wait patiently. As this is a free service, we're working hard on many different things at the moment.

We also don't keep batches, waiting for all of them to be completed. As each shirt is designed, it is made immediately available for the submitter.

Thanks for the suggestion Rick!

I can answer your shirt color selection. Since each shirt (Product ID) can come in a variety of different colors, White, Black, Red, Purple, etc, we automatically take the shirt color you select on your upload and save this to the database. You can change the color of each shirt under My Products.

This information is used in your listings to eBay.

I would like to see more payment options for buyers and sellers. There are millions of people that can't use paypal for a variety of reasons. So, I would like another option for tshirtgang and sellinsta.

You have it so you have to have a paypal account to activate sellinsta which is limited in my opinion.

Hi Paolo,

Changing the color under My Products will only change the default value that's returned when purchasing, such as orders from your store, and when pushing products to your store.

This will not change the color template or update your ebay auction.

Unfortunately we aren't equipped to edit listings on your eBay account.

Sometime I feel need if Shopping Cart selectable to process, when a transaction waiting cleared payment or need buyer confirmation and another transaction coming, then I usually delete pending transaction in Shopping Cart just to process new coming transaction. And Create Order again for pending transaction. If Shopping Cart selectable to process to paypal, it will help us not to delete pending transaction and input it again.
Thank you.

I'd just like to suggest that you change the date format on your website. Living in the U.S. I'm used to MM/DD/YYYY but you guys have it DD/MM/YYYY and, well I don't know if I'm alone on this but it kinda drives me crazy sometimes, lol.

You can change this under your Account Settings. But this is only for Tshirtgang.

I'd like to see a preview picture on the Shopping Cart and Order History Page similar to the preview you get on the Dashboard page. I think you can eliminate the seller field on the Order History page. Not sure where you would fit it in the Shopping Cart page. This would really help when you have to edit a customer order. I sometimes have multiple variations of an ebay listing. The ebay retrieve picks up only the variation originally listed. I know it would really help me, since visually I could verify the order much faster.

Hey Guys....

I'm wondering if you could change the color or the image on the order screen of the status column. Maybe put the little truck for shipped items. Just easier visually to check what has shipped and what is still to be processed.

The truck icon represents that the order is a rush order. The barcode icon indicates a tracking number is present. The truck icon isn't available on every order, so changing the colour won't work.

It would be really nice if there was a reporting section, so that we can easily see sales by product name & id by date, week, month etc to easily see what our profits are.

The My Purchases page shows some of this information:
http://www.tshirtgang.com/cp/mysales

Since customer payment amount information is not collected, we can not display how much your item is sold for, eliminating the possibility of showing your profits.

I did notice your sales are being created through the API. Each CreateOrder API call sends back the total amount for the order, so it is possible to show your profits on the store you are selling on. I would contact the developer of that project to see if they can integrate that for you.

Thanks for the heads up on my sales link, was looking for that. One thing I noticed is the math is wrong.
It has the total shirts sold correct but the Total dollar amount is way off. Just a heads up.

Hi gang!
I think it would be much better if we could pick all of the colors that we want a shirt to be available in per submission instead of a relying on a preset of colors.

Some shirt colors just don't work with some designs and going back and forward to my presets to change what's available just gets frustrating and occasionally causes errors.

A lot of the competition allows this and I can't help but want it here too.

I've been using Printful.com along side Tshirt gang for a while they allow the color choices to be selected and product descriptions to be altered per uploaded design. T-shirt gang has a better profit split for users and slightly faster shipping. (That's really the only thing keeping me here).

There is no need to upload the same design on multiple colors. You can purchase any style/color/size combination through Tshirtgang with any product ID, regardless of what style/color it was created on.

We also offer posting different combinations of style/color/size to marketplaces, such as shopify, where we will generate the images while they are being pushed, creating a single listing with all the combinations.

I'm not sure you understand. Here at T-Shirt gang I have to alter the multiple colors I want available on each t-shirt by going back and forward to the integration menu on each market place before I upload an image. At printful I can hand pick which multiple colors I want per listing. So if a design doesn't look good on a certain color I just pick another right there on their upload page.

As far as offering multiple clothing styes on one page listing, I find that confuses my customers a little. I do like the new feature of going ahead and uploading those as separate listings. I just wish there were pre-made descriptions and size info for every individual style.

I see what you mean now, thanks for the feedback.

For shopify, you can disable styles or colors by unselecting all of them and it will only list the style and/or color it was created on.

Hey all,

Had some time off over Xmas so been giving the website a good refreshment and had some ideas for the new year:

1) Make sub-categories more obvious

As you can see, it's not clear which categories are sub-categories, and customers are unlikely to find them. Could there at least be a bullet point next to them or something? Secondly, could we add them to the top of the screen? So, anytime someone clicks on the main category, it immediately shows them sub-categories.

2) Allow customers to sort categories by alphabetical order, featured, date added, etc

3) Allow admin to alter the order. At the moment, they go on in date-created order, but some of my best items are from a long time ago and therefore suffer from being on page 3 (or wherever) of their category. Could there not be a way to drag and drop them in the order I want? I know I can feature items, and I do, but it would also be good to edit orders for aesthetic purposes.

4) Edit after upload. Sometimes I upload an item and later think it would look better in a different color or style. Unfortunately, I have been unable to find a way to edit them after upload except to take the product down and reupload it. (Maybe I just haven't looked hard enough?)

5) Match tshirtgang's out-of-stock info to our websites'. I've had to cancel and refund quite a few orders in the last 6 weeks because items (e.g., tie-dye) have been out of stock, but there is no way to display that on My Store except taking the item down. This is especially frustrating as PayPal still charges transactions fees for refunds.

6) Higher-quality pictures for posters. This is actually a big one for me. I've got my hands on some really good, high-quality designs that are getting a lot of views from google and customers emailing me, but when you get to the website, the quality of the picture is really bad.

I've been assured by Marco that the print quality is really high but you'd never know it from the sales page. Can't expect customers to fork out $30 to $80 on a poster that looks bad.

7) Some products randomly change the size of the design when moving around the page. This is especially true for phone cases and mouse pads.
How I uploaded it:

(Same product) After clicking on another part of the screen:

8) Add to cart goes straight to the checkout page. Could we change this so instead of being taken to the cart, a temporary text box pops up telling the customer the item has been added to the cart? This would allow customers to continue shopping and looking at products rather than having to flick back every time they want to put something in their cart.

9) Banners that span the entire site (like announcements) rather than just the homepage. According to Google Analytics, most of my customers never see the homepage. If I put effort into making banners and using them to promote items/ discounts it would be good for all the customers to see them.

Thanks for all your help! Hope at least a few of these ideas can be implemented.

We haven't made some of these changes.

Some of the issues we can't address, like the mousepad. There is blank space on an item, we don't trim the image to best fit, as it could affect some other items that aren't meant to be trimmed.

In terms of posters and canvas, we have since removed those due to low demand with our fulfillment partner.

Some of your other suggestions are still on our list to implement, like the add to cart vs checkout option.

You had a suggestion for your best items being pushed down. We have a "Promoted" feature on stores, which has been there for years. This will pin the item to your front page. But as you also mentioned, most of your visitors don't even see your homepage, because google ads will direct them straight to the landing page.
