I currently add this to my ebay listings. You can do that in the dropdown under Account Settings and then Ebay Settings. Add it somewhere in the description box:

Can you send me some pictures of men's fitted and ladies shirts for example in my merchandise, only black and white shirt image, of course, the same image as the choice in t-shirtgang, I feel happy if you can help me.

If you put that in your listing (with a link back to tshirtgang), aren't you kind of giving away the source, in which case all someone has to do to get the shirt that you are offering is create it and become a member of tshirtgang, and buy the shirt at the wholesale price, or am I missing something?

I'd suggest either loading the size information as an image, which the user can click on or mouse over, or to host it somewhere, like photobucket.
