What type of DTG machine do you use? I was disappointed with recent order and had concerns. I posted to community with images but TSG deleted before I could get feedback from other vendors who use TSG. What gives?

We do not publicly discuss issues with orders, that is what Support Tickets are for.

The DTG machines we use are kept as a company secret and will not be revealed.

If you have issues with print quality, issues with an order or anything else, feel free to use the Support Ticket feature and we'll answer all inqueries there.

Do you provide color profiles?

What about size charts? I'd like to have a chart that is officially from you guys, not someone in a forum.

Yeah...thanks...found the charts later, after posting. Is there a catch-all resource for information? Like all in one place. Ever see the show Paper Chase? I feel like a law student.

And also, do you guys provide any device profiles. I know you say the machine is a "secret", but what about a profile?

Maybe you can tell me an already-installed-in-photoshop profile that would most closely approximate your device?

Just so I can get an idea what I'm dealing with for color.
