Tip for new eBay members to get their selling limits increased.

While logged into your eBay account (steps to increase selling limits)
1. Select Customer Support
2. Contact eBay
3. Selling
4. Listing items
5. Why I can't list my item
6. I have a selling limit on my account select next
7. Request higher selling limits

From here eBay will increase your limits or will ask you to call their customer support to have your limits increased.
If they prompt you to call them then do so and ask the eBay rep if they can increase your selling limits.

This is how I increased my ebay selling limits ---- Ebay customer rep told me to sign into paypal and confirm my bank info.
Once I did this my selling limits got raised to 100 items. She then told me to call in every 30 days and ask for a further selling limit increase.

When you only have 100 item listings restriction I suggest you only offer sizes Small to 2XL with Quanity of 1.
So if you list with this quantity and sizes one listing will count as 5 and you will be able to post 20 listings. (to eliminate sepecific sizes from your listings in your tshirtgang Ebay Settings enter NA beside the size)

Another option is to not offer size selection and you will be able to post 100 listings. Your customer will have to advise you of the size through email or paypal notes.

Actually I have not yet called ebay customer service. Although I can only sell 10 items per month, but I have a trick to sell t-shirts with variations. Yes, .. I do not use the variations feature on ebay, but I just simply write "Made To Order" in my listing of the items I sell. So, .. Buyers know that I was selling T-shirts made to order. I simply send a message to the buyer, what size and what color they want. That is easy, right??

May be next month i'll do it,..

You should use a graduated program so that if a t shirt idea sells a couple in a month then you can list it with variations. The thing is that with multiple available with variations you gain relevance with eBay search and you will sell more. Having to relist or getting people to email you made to order prevents you from this relevance and it DOES make a difference.

Just a tip I use

I beleive you have a limit of 100 but you also have a catagory limit of 10 or 20. Therefore you could only list 20 single shirts not 100.

Looks like you don't have a credit card on file with eBay.

My account is several years old i have 100 percent and 500 transactions, i've got 718 listings (really only 34, it includes variations). Do all accounts have a certain limit becaue my account is not new or restricted (according to my policy compliance). i just called them apparently i have a 30,000 dollar limit. this adds up fast when adding the variations. if i list no variations, how would my customer know i have more sizes and how do they go about ordering another size?

It will be tough for your eBay customer to select a size without variations. You could ask them to state the size in PayPal payment notes but that can get ugly. What you could do is offer size variations with qty of 1 for each size and when a certain size sells manually add another qty of 1 to that size.

Yes I thought about it and I know me as a buyer would not like paying 15 dollars for a shirt and then the seller emails me and says i have to pay another 4 dollars for my specific size. I just decided to call the ebay specialist and they actually raised my limit to $50,000 or 4,000 listings a month. I think I'm good to go now :D

recently i was asking eBay to increase my listing limits. and they asking me to provide :

"Proof of merchandise" - Invoice or receipt for any items you may have listed on eBay previously for the last 3 months. This can be an invoice from your supplier, a tax invoice or any other documentation that indicates ownership of the items.

I can find anything here. :D

Please help.

Excellent! Very helpful! Was able to go from 10 items all the way to 100/$5000. It isn't much, but it is a start!

You need to create a seller's account on eBay. And remove your PayPal email from Ebay Settings, that isn't applicable anymore
