When creating an account it won't matter too much what option you pick when setting up. The next thing to do is link your Etsy account with Tshirtgang here:
https://www.tshirtgang.com/cp/settings/etsy
You'll then be able to post products from My Tshirtgang >
My Products to Etsy.
