This does not affect anything related to the tshirtgang.com platform. This error you see at the top is for Tshirtgang Commerce store owners. You currently do not have a store setup, so you are unaffected by this message.
There isn't any issues currently with eBay authentication. As I see in the logs, you just successfully linked your eBay account with Tshirtgang.
