I got my shirt delivered, the second time with the print shrunken from 11x15 to 9x11.9 on a XXL shirt. I can't get any answers from support, anybody else have a problem in raising support?
I wonder if anybody else had their design shrunken and shipped to customers, this is a potential big disaster. The designs shouldn't be changed by rpinting.
Anyway, is support on vacation?

We are not on vacation, it's just the weekend :) please just wait for a reply through the support feature or create a ticket if you have not already.

On the 15th and opened another ticket on the 16th, also called and got no return call, neither an answer from support...

I would recommend waiting for the support staff to reply. They are away on weekends and will reply on Monday, when they return. Thanks for your patience.
