Google Merchant denial

Hi there,
I was denied by Google Merchant. I've followed the instructions to a tee, and have been searching through their rules to find out why I was denied but I can't seem to figure this out. Has anyone else had similar challenges?

Please help!

Here is a copy of the email I was sent by them:

Hello,

Thank you for your interest in Google Shopping. After reviewing your account or product listing, our specialists have found that it does not meet our current Google Shopping policy guidelines.

Your account or product listing is currently not running because Google Shopping requires that merchants provide transparency into the product that's being promoted. Google also requires that merchants set realistic expectations about what their products can do for their users.
