How do I fix:

eBay returned the following error(s):
10009 : No <Item.Location> exists or <Item.Location> is specified as an empty tag.
No <Item.Location> exists or <Item.Location> is specified as an empty tag in the request.

You need to enter a valid postal code (for Canada) or zip code (for United States) under your Ebay Settings. Cities and states or street addresses are not valid.
