Quality of Prints

I just received a t-shirt today with one of my designs. Even at first glance I have to say I was disappointed. Immediately I noticed detail missing from the print in the area of the mask. Upon further investigation I noticed there were black lines running horizontally through the print. My concern now is, "What type of quality products are my customers receiving?"
Is anyone else having issues with their prints or am I just the unlucky one? Other questions I have are.... What brand DTG printer does tshirtgang using? And, Does tshirtgang have a quality control section in their business to prevent poor quality prints from leaving their establishment?
Don't take this post the wrong way. I love the idea of tshirtgang. It has giving me an opportunity to start the business I always wanted and in a way that leaves meat on the bone for me to make a profit. I just want tshirtgang to put out a product that represents me.
