I ordered a shirt on the 20th for a customer, and today the 28th it still hasn't shipped. Any updates?

I have a feeling I'm going to have to refund their money...

The title of this thread is wrong, and I don't seem to be able update it. Should read the 20th, not the 12th

I have a customer that ordered on the 22nd and it is still at processing as well. Is the shopping closed for holidays? When will it be back up if so?
