I have automatic feedback disabled but it is still leaving feedback I want to leave feedback to a customer once they give me feedback first how can I correct this issue?

Are you talking about Tshirtgang automated feedback or the option on eBay itself?

Where is that option on tshirtgang? I can't find it under "Ebay Settings"... I would like to have that turned on :)

I prefer to give feedback right away to everyone. I find that 25-30% of people leave feedback. That hasn't changed in years for me... jerk buyers :)

It's located under the "Option" settings under your Shopping Cart.

Every shipping day, around 10 after an item has been marked as shipped.

FYI. My shipments from the last 2-3 days that have shipped haven't been marked as shipped on ebay.
