Are there any internal discussions going on about the Shipping & Fulfillment fees? I have seen others also discuss the multiple items and the shipping costs are too high.

What about splitting up the shipping price and fulfillment fees?

Thoughts?

I was wondering that myself. I had someone contact me on Facebook, they wanted to buy several shirts but were turned off by the shipping. I hade them a coupon code to save $1 per shirt on an order of at least two shirts. He ordered 2 with the coupon but I think he would have ordered more if the shipping discounted with multiple order shirts.

Also don't know if this should be same ticket, but it appears to me that Canadian orders pay a special tax that isnt accounted for when they check out on our website. So it comes from my profit I guess which kind of stinks.

In case you guys missed it:

There is bulk shipping discounts available now. You can pass the savings onto your customer's if you wish.

The breakdown is also under our Pricing Page here:

Canadian orders are charged tax (HST), which is explained here:

It would be good to have a discount for 2 shirts to the same address, since it would only add $0.50 or so to the shipping anyhow. I just ordered 2 shirts and paid $15 to ship 2 shirts to the same address, kind of kills the whole idea of ordering 2.... ;)

Hi Andrew,
Thanx for the info link, but I didn't miss it, I was talking about $15 shipping for 2 t-shirts t the same address. That is by ANY standards way too much, it should have been like your other bulk discounts. I was talking about offering the discount from 2 shirts up, not 3....

Just for information:
Most of my orders are for one shirt, some for 2, rarely 3 or more. To stay competitive, I can't really sell a shirt at my cost of $17 (black and XL) which is most of my orders...

Last year I had exactly four (4) shirts smaller than XL! All others were XL (99% XL) and up (about 1%). People order from VistaPrint for $6 a shirt and $4.8 shipping, every shirt more is about a buck extra, any size... So it is very, very tough to stay competitive if the shirt itself is already $17 my cost.... At VP I can get the white XL delivered to the customer's doorstep for $10.48, the black for 13.43, the XXL for $1.50 more. I priced all my stuff accordingly, so the switch to you guys really hurts for sizes XL and up...

People just Google Custom printed t-shirt etc. and get the VP link:
http://www.vistaprint.com/customizable-apparel.aspx?mk=customized+%2btshirt+%2bprinting&ad=b&crtv=13495653379&psite=mkwid%7cEiOOsCtS&GP=12%2f17%2f2013+12%3a34%3a26+AM&GPS=3051111451&GNF=1
and presto they have 50% off and order their own shirt, bummer...
