Looking into our error logs, we aren't seeing any issues with uploads, in fact, there have been numerous successful uploads since you have posted this message.

Another thing I noticed, is your mention of '49%'. Tshirtgang does not have a progress bar for uploads, which means you might be using some sort of plugin, or mod.

Please use a browser in safe mode, usually available as an option through the menus, or you can google how to use safe mode for your specific browser.
If you're using Chrome, open a new "Incognito Mode" tab, and without logging in, see if uploads work.
