We wanted to give an update on the on-going PayPal IPN issues and how this may affect you.
Currently (at 2:05 PM EST), PayPal IPN servers are experiencing issues about sending back information to websites owners stores. This includes Tshirtgang and Elephantcart stores - your Tshirtgang website.
We are monitoring the issue closely and waiting for a PayPal to update us on the current situation.
Website owners who had sales from January 28, 2013 at 1:45 am may have completed sales and received alerts from PayPal about incoming funds, but no orders arrived in their Tshirtgang
Shopping Carts. This matter should address itself once PayPal has corrected the issue and your orders should appear in your
Shopping Cart immediately after.
We have temporary disabled the checkout button on Tshirtgang until this matter has been corrected by PayPal. Please be patient with us and check back for updates!

Edit: PayPal has updated their service status page with the following:

UPDATE 5: We have implemented a fix and IPNs for transactions processed after Jan 28, 10:47 AM PST (Jan 28, 6:47 PM GMT) are being sent now. We are expecting IPNs for new transactions to start being delivered in near real-time within the next hour. We are also estimating that missing IPNs for transactions processed between Jan 27, 11:04 PM PST (Jan 28, 7:04 AM GMT) and Jan 28, 10:47 AM PST (Jan 28, 6:47 PM GMT) will be delivered within the next 24 hours.
We'll restore the PayPal checkout very shortly once PayPal has updated their page to resolved.
