Canada & USA and also for International please.
I know there is no date set in stone just an estimate please.

I believe we'll send out an announcement sometime next indicating when the final days to submit orders in time for Christmas arrival will be, but USPS is guaranteeing arrival by first-class mail within the United States before and on December 20, 2012.
