Unless you have a Ebay store the clothing category on EBay has a listing fee of 50 cents.
If you do have a store listings fees can be as low as 5 cents
The below link has a tool that lets you decide when it would be best to actually subscribe to a store. (just fill out how many listing do you create monthly and fill it out under fixed price)
